Great result. Can’t believe after 12 games we are 3 points behind the top spot. Europe a real possibility.

As a side issue, weren’t our fans a bit close together. I know some groups can sit together, but still looked strange compared to how spaced out fans are at other clubs.
In terms of spacing between fans you should watch a pompey home game, they all sit together, think it's because all 2000 are related in some way and have been able to form a bubble.

Biggest home win for 3 years,

Who could have believed we are where we are now after our first 3 games (including Brentford)

I have run out of words as to how I feel.

As a side, although he has only made cameos I can see Diallo fitting in nicely.

Is that the only time Diallo has replaced Romeu or JWP, to play in his “proper” position?
I seem to think that his previous appearances were as a sub for Armstrong or Redmond, playing a wider role.

Just watched it on MOTD2 and we really are a good side.

So fluid.

And WTF has happened to Vesty. This time last year a total joke.

Now he is a Franz Beckenbauer/Roberto Carlos/Virgil Van Dyke/Giorgio Chiellini/Alan Hansen/Claudio Gentile/Laurent Blanc/Marcel Desailley/Ronald Koeman/Fabio Cannavaro/Alesandro Nesta/Bobby Moore/Franco Baresi hybrid (I'm sure I've missed one)

The fact that Alex Scott thinks so too is the icing on the cake.

EDIT: It's not sexist to love Alex Scott as I have heard many female posters go on about Pelle and Morgan etc :)

what’s wrong with fancying Graziano and Morgan? It’s sexist to just leave that to the girls!!

Romeu and Adams stand out today but much more like our old high pressing selves. More importantly it was pleasing that Saints dug in for the fifteen minutes of the beginning of the second half when Sheffield United looked more dangerous.
