It's the backing in and tipping a player without any attempt to win a header that people are talking about. It's dangerous and can lead to broken arms, dislocated shoulders and at worst broken necks. If he had done that years ago he wouldn't have left the field with two working legs. The most despicable act you can do to a fellow professional.
