Can’t see it capturing the public imagination either Cyc. Hardly box offfice stuff is it! I reckon fast Eddie and Frank would still charge £25 for a bridgeweight unification fight

I'm looking forward to seeing Florian Marku on the weekend. He's unbeaten in 7 fights against poor opposition, but he's certainly exiting to watch. He's had one amateur fight, but he's been an Albanian national hero as a kickboxing champion. He has a huge following. I'm now a fan. His last fight.
I'm not sure Pulev has the power even with Joshuas suspect chin. I think we'll see a more mobile Joshua again like in the second Ruiz fight and i think he'll get the stoppage around the 8th or 9th.
Not a fan of Pulev. Minimal power , athleticism and boxing ability. Very padded record. Considering how long he has been a pro, he seems to have managed to evade everyone thus far barring Klitchsko. And Vlad rag dolled him around the ring for a few rounds. Joshua should be taking this guy out by round 5. Anything longer and he won't be making the statement he wants.
The 23 year old Super Middleweight prospect, Edgar Berlanga, took his record 15-0, with all wins in the first round, into a bout against Ulises Sierra who's numbers stood at 15-0-2. Prefight, Sierra promised to be the first man to survive round one against Berlanga.
I just cant see Fury having any problems with Joshua, even more so after last night. Joshua will not get close enough to Fury to hit him with the upper cut or straight right he uses, too slow and plodding.
The Joshua - Fury fight might not happen just yet. Eddie Hearn said after the fight that he wanted the two champion to clash next, but the WBO President Francisco Varcarcel seems intent on forcing Joshua - Usyk next. According to Hearn, Varcarcel tweeted after the fight that "Hearn knows of the WBO's commitments and obligations." The WBO have been forthright in their opinion that Joshua must fight Usyk next. If he doesn't, Usyk and the next best available boxer in the rankings will fight for the vacant belt.
When it comes to life inside the ring, Kazakhstan's Ali Akhmedov is one hungry and mean mother. This Friday the WBC and WBO No 15, will meet Ecuador's Carlos Gongora for the IBO Super Middleweight World Title. The fight will probably be the chief support to the Golovkin - Szeremeta IBF & IBO World Middleweight Title clash. Akhmedov is a fighter in a hurry, this will be his fourth bout this year. This (plastic) title fight on Friday is probably just a stepping stone to bigger things. He's 25.
Hmmmm. Bit crude and open to a counter punch with his wild thrusts. Likes to keep his man on the ropes. Don't know the calibre of his opponent there but he looked scared stiff most of the time. It will be interesting when someone with a bit of class nails him
