In my old job I got to meet lots of celebrities and 2 of the nicest were Linda Lusardi(ex page 3 model) beautiful and down to earth . John Francome was also a lovely guy. Nice little story, we visited one of my shops which was next to a fish & chip shop, this was in Birmingham. At lunch he took all the staff and myself next door and got us all fish & chips. Whilst eating them John got recognised by the owner and they got chatting. John, honest as ever, daid to the owner he was trying out his fish & chips to see if they better than his own shops. At the time he had a business in fish and chips shops. Great conversation between all on what makes the best fish & chips. Least like were John McCririck who had more arms than a octopus and Barry McGuigan who was just so dour and unapproachable.

Had an online company event today and who should be hosting our interactive quiz but none other than actual real life Pat Sharp off of Fun House, class!! It was actually him as well, he was having some right banter with us...seems like a decent bloke!

Used to meet Kirsty Gallagher regularly a few years ago when I worked at Sky, nice girl, always smiled and said hi to me and held the door open for me a few times.

I don't like it either actually.. I don't get the place. Too big, too busy for me anyway

It's great for gigs and pubs and ****, and it's easier to find a job here than somewhere smaller... but it's a bit soulless and cold a lot of time. I ain't gonna live here forever anyway, and I'll move back up north at some point.
