Aye, my mob lost the contract for offshore and can't guarantee me the same yearly rate. So got an interview lined-up for a job doing the same thing, looks like the ideal job for me too. Less offshore and more money.

I'm the same as you though. Going to be losing about 12 weeks a year "holiday" if I get it. I could stay with the same company and hope they can offer me two on/two off, but that's unlikely.

The time off is the best thing about offshore, even better than the money in my book.
