He’s not good enough, never understood why he’s second choice as he’s not better than Gazzaniga
I thought that he was being brought in as third choice and a voice in the dressing room and I was happy with that.
We should've left Lloris out of the Europa League squad and let them fight it out for a starting place in the competition.
Now we're going to move on the Argentinian and we'll need to replace him with a homegrown option who can challenge Hart.
Who does that leave? Not many worthwhile options.

I didn't have high expectations when Bale joined in the summer, but not a single glimpse of promise from him yet. I know he's working on his fitness but his skills ought to be evident. Thoroughly disappointed with him so far.

Should've started Winks with Hojbjerg in the midfield and probably Alli as one of the front three.
Bale looks absolutely miles off the pace, unfortunately. Put massive pressure on Doherty, who got progressively worse as the game went on.

Bale needs game time though and this is his only option for it

he’s miles away from being a big player in the PL

No we can't. Win against Antwerp and we win the group.
Hopefully Vinicius will be back for that one and the team selection will make some sense.

We ain't beating Antwerp playing our squad players. As that game is sandwiched between 2 critical PL games, that's what we've got to do.

It's very disappointing to see how poor a number of players currently are and how shockingly incapable of keeping the ball we have become.

I think that we can compete, if we pick a sensible, balance side for the match and don't go in half-arsed.
Needs a selection that makes sense from the off and an actual striker, of course.

We have essentially replaced KWP with Doherty and ended up with a worse player, Sanchez was his usual hapless self. Crap performance all round and half of them looked like they couldn`t be bothered, they probably didn`t like the -1 degrees weather, but we have qualified for the knockout stage, so job done and move on. Dele must be considering his future, when players are being selected ahead of you who have done nothing on the pitch to justify it, you know the manager does not fancy you.

I no longer have a season ticket. I can no longer walk from seven sisters to the ground. 61 aint old but covid and diabetes has destroyed me. One day I'll buy an electric cart.
I'd recommend getting the overhead to White Hart Lane, if you still feel up to going but don't feel up to the walk, Deedub.
It's only a few minutes from Seven Sisters, but it can get very packed.

I don't blame Sanchez or Doherty for the second goal, although they both played badly. But they were running out in a line with Davies and Dier and if Tanganga had been too the LASK player would have been offside

Sanchez played like the last kid picked when you played footie in the park...Doherty played like that kids special needs brother...

Is what @Spurlock would say <whistle>
