Defending has been ****ing atrocious, Hojbjerg ****, Sanchez mega ****, Doherty ****ing woefully ****. Dier **** too and he’s only been on 20 mins.

Poor all around today. Manager too, selection was wrong, as were some of the subs.
 
Unreal finish that to be fair, find it hard to blame Hart for that one. Unsighted behind Sanchez too
 
3-3 FT. Bloody terrible performance, but we're through.
Team selection was wrong, subs were wrong, we scored twice from penalties and the team was a shambles.
Need to be much, much better on the weekend and against Antwerp next Thursday. Pathetic showing.

Means we got to beat Antwerp or we risk getting g a CL drop out...harder life for ourselves.

More importantly means we will have to play a strong team

I make that 6 Goals from distance that Hart has let in since the pre season games, you could say he has had an few worldie against him but should he be beaten that many times
 
Absolute mess all around. Passing was again shocking, defending even worse, Hart made good saves early on but should’ve saved two of their goals, not good enough. Doherty with the worst individual performance of the season so far.

Manager ****ing up the selection and substitutions whilst risking key players before Sunday.

Dreadful night, only positive is that we’re somehow through.

injuries create the unbalance

When the result was in doubt he started to put on his trusted players so he isn’t going to fill it with a lack of experience when a result was needed. We weren’t comfy enough throughout to give inexperience a run out...too risky
 
Sanchez, Hart, Doherty and Bale can have no complaints about not starting games.
All 4 were woeful.
Not sure what the game plan was but pretty sure JM didn't tell them to hoof it high to Son or to trap a ball further thsn I can kick it.

Ah well...better tomight than last Sunday or this Sunday

Should've started Winks with Hojbjerg in the midfield and probably Alli as one of the front three.
Bale looks absolutely miles off the pace, unfortunately. Put massive pressure on Doherty, who got progressively worse as the game went on.
