The assist was quality.
Yes it was a deflected goal but he was there in the right position. Keeps doing that and he'll score far more.

I guess the difference is the effort. Joe works hard but is very basic. That’s better than having oodles of quality and being either lazy, in a huff or plain trying to do to much.
