It started in a schiphol halfway back and its slowly come on, but I'm hoping I'm just dehydrated or something.. I got ****ered the night before a long flight plan back.... I'd also been under general anaesthesia the day before, so I'm going to see how I progress the next day or two.

Tbh if you Could I would... Tbh it's a very simple procedure as far as surgery goes but I think going to a cocktail bar after release and the night before a 16 hr flight plan was probably a little unwise...
So you had a GA and then went out and got plastered, ffs.
You now need to rest mate, don't drive, don't do anything, just rest.
