Looks like a 60/40 split for the consortium now. Perhaps Reubens are buying a bigger stake to appease the PL? Jamie taking a more active role now he’s left QPR?

I still don’t understand why RB don’t just buy the club with PIF on board in some smaller capacity though.

Stevely doesn’t have the money to do so. She was relying on Barclays 1.6b. But now is only claiming 700ish.

Depending on Staveley's pay out, she could buy the club if she wanted to and then bring on board some investors or like you say, the Ruben's could easily buy it. Which is what I said months ago, why do they even need PIF. If they are actually that bothered about the club, they would already own it.
