There’s no takeover is there. Reality check. And I’m going to be hated. But it’s none existent.

We should stop being idiots and face reality.

We have Ashley forever. And Bruce for the foreseeable.

Time to start accepting reality.

Nah, nah mate, it's happening. You'll see.

So..... Cocu sacked at Derby and not one mention of Rafa. I'm confused @Rafman

His last match in China was 4 days ago. The takeover of Derby is set to be announced the next week. Apparently Cocu was sacked by the new owners.

In the last hour, he's gone from not being on the bookies lists to now being 6/1

Rumour is Rafa arrived at St George's Park yesterday, not sure how true that is though.

How much have you bet to get the odds as low as 4-1?

Still no links and other than one betting site noting linking him? Can you post one?

FOI request refused by the Government. Rejected due to breach of confidence, GDPR and commercial relations.

In other words, talks between the Government, PL, Saudi and Mike Ashley's legal team to resolve this are ongoing.

agreed. If the book was closed they would put out a more robust statement and in the past tense also. They have commented before remember via ministers so this wall of silence is telling.

Exsctly. This is a major indicator that the takeover is alive and a resolution is being sought. It may also explain why Masters was not questioned about it by Government ministers last week.

The fans consortium are out of luck with their legal action. The PL can point to breach of confidence and GDPR and the Government.
