    ... goes South.

Peter Sutcliffe has died in Durham, from Covid related illness, he refused treatment.

He randomly attacked lone women from behind, what a coward.

    I doubt there'll be many RIP's.

In principle I do favour hanging, but in practice I am against it, too many innocent people get convicted.

However, in Sutcliffe's case an exception should have been made.... he has cost a fortune to maintain whilst in prison and it would have been better justice for his victims if he had been strung up.

    Absolutely this!!

Can;t work out why we spend so much money keeping people like him, Huntley, Hindley etc. in relative luxury (for what they deserve)

Courts of human rights say they have these rights. My personal opinion, you commit the most heinous of crimes, you forego any human rights.

Theres a little girl been murdered yesterday in Marske. Same principal for the person who did that if/when found guilty!

Was interviewed twice while he was on the go - first time after that fake phone call, apparently I "fitted the profile" - single, living in York and at school in Sunderland during the sixties.Second time at a random checkpoint on the way back from Maine Road.

Whilst I've liked Sartori in the past - he's been involved with Donald et al so I'm hoping my tinge of concern is unwarranted!! But it's definitely there!!

When I was in the police on motor patrols we had a DCI who was convinced he would get stopped on the A19 travelling back to Sunderland thanks to those tapes, spent hours checking cars in the depth of night, how wrong was he and many others, the twat should have hung nearly forty years ago.

Sunderland lads, coming up from a shift down the pit, would find police waiting for them. The locals, in Mansfield, thought it was hilarious if a lad coming off nights spent 24 hours in the cells on the back of a 'tip off'.

They didn't think it was quite as funny when their windows were put though and their cars set on fire.

Some people have no sense of humour.
