It's a bit a of a puzzle that people can't do that before the event.

And the cheeky ****ers were in the HDM moaning about people not from their village turning up for walks. They reckoned City folk leave a mess. <doh>

The back roads around my area are just seas of mud left by 'I dont give a **** about anyone except myself' farmers....

****inshockhorror hold the front page. Country roads are covered in mud left by tractors, driven by farmers moving from field to field. Without this journalistic scoop, I would have had no idea country roads at this time of the year could be so contaminated.

    Why is this newsworthy?????

The sillytwatbastard that skidded and lost control has no ****in right to call himself Advanced Qualified..

ps Hi Plum, that is me losing me rag.

I have some sympathy with farmers. Wh
    Hello Asterix!
Well, I agree with your first paragraph, farmers do have to get around in wet muddy conditions.

I think it's newsworthy because a man was injured.

Calling a blood bike rider, or indeed any other rider, a sillytwatbastard is most uncharitable, in fact I'd go further and say it's absolutely ****worthy. Heaven forbid you ever make a mistake or fall foul of circumstances outwith your control.

    It's against the law.
There are methods available to clean up the mud.
It wouldn't be too difficult to put up some warning signs.

I deduce from your reply you hold a provisional Motorbike Licence, or, recently passed your test in the glorious summer months. Anyone, who titles himself Advanced Qualified, and subsequently skids on a muddy road, clouded in fog, is as you say "****worthy"

Hi again Plum, thanks for your reply

Yep, building sites are muddy too, but they're not allowed to leave ****e on roads in towns like that.

Held a full bike licence since 1980. Ridden all sorts of bikes from AP50's to GS1000. Ridden in snow, ice and on **** covered country roads. Farmers are ****s.

Farmers are indeed ****s they are entitled moaning ****s.
They get a large wedge of income for doing **** all (not for much longer hopefully) and spend half the ****ing year on Look North moaning that the weather is too wet or too dry, too hot or too cold how they're going to struggle to make a living. Meanwhile they're driving around in 4x4's (probably because of the **** state they leave the roads in) and shooting everything in sight.
They are ****s of the highest order and should be prosecuted for the mud the same as a construction company would be.

Thats amazing.... i've seen two freaky things at golf, one I was involved in. One I saw was two tee shots hit simultaneously on holes going in the opposite direction and the balls actually hitting each other in mid air.... and the other, I was playing in a group at Brid Links. The hole after the club house as you go to the coastal part, it might be the 10th/11th. Theres a copse of trees on the right. The lad I was playing with hit his tee shot into the trees. I hit exactly the same shot. We said, well at least we should find them. No one around, or coming up the next hole. In the copse, the two balls were indeed close, actually resting on each other at the base of a tree. I wish we had camera phones then. Maybe there are elves after all...
