This was about the incident near Filey where the biker came off due to the mud. ******LATEST UPDATE****** North Yorkshire County Council have got involved..... this came from their FB page yesterday North Yorkshire County Council We would like to thank motorists for taking care on the A165 / A1039 Scarborough Road in #Filey this morning. There was a large amount of mud left along the carriageway. The local landowner has now had a sweeper on site. It is important farmers and developers keep the highway clean, as they could become liable should there be a collision. We will be looking to recover the cost of dealing with the issue.
