I still have an email from George Osbourne ( I signed up to get everything from all of them) which promised a profound recession, huge increases in interest rates, a property crash, 500,000 jobs lost and much else in the months after a vote. The only figure that did actually end up in a court before a judge was the London Bus number. The judge said that it was a reasonable estimation. He was onto something by the way.
