A bit of a transition period, loads of "new kids" on the block, they are all on a steep learning curve to get up to speed.
While winning is a good thing it shouldn't be what the Academy is primarily about.
I get that, but if you achieve your primary objective you should win the odd game....otherwise I suggest you are doing something wrong or recruiting badly.
It all feel apart when Dodds and Connor were sack and Jaidi took over. Never recovered
