I came close to being shot in the Capitol building once.
Genuine mistake mixed with lax security.
Decided to go in and watch a bit of legislation happening. (Yeah I know...)
Popped in a very posh lift with Mrs Tash, only to get out at the top to several hands on guns and a ‘can I help you?’. Someone at the bottom must have looked the other way and we’d gone up a Senators only lift!!! They weren’t keen about us being where the lift dropped us off!

All I did was list some of his greatest hits. It was you that called it drivel (despite that word being a synonym for untruth), even though every word of it was true.

Dear god, she actually thought the lie that the Republican's are touting is actually the Democrats. Either that's the biggest projection I've ever seen, or her brain has turned to sherbet.

I always figured it was because he was portraying Hitler and they wouldn't feel right about giving an award for portraying him, or something to that effect.

It's a very good film, though and as you say, a brilliant portrayal.

I do love when American politicians (on both sides) appear on British TV, they always end up looking like complete sociopaths while the presenters just look on in utter contempt and hilarity. It's great.

Maybe... but Forest Whitaker definitely won one for playing Idi Amin, so they must just pick and choose the tyrants they like.
