Never seen it. It's a fair point though about Jose. Can name Joe Cole as one who did respond well to that.
Woudl have him in a heartbeat, Bobby Martinez was interested in him while at Everton but lost out to Spurs.
It's strange that Jose wouldn't want a player who allegedly demonstrated a piss poor attitude, and then brings in a player like Bale who's demonstrated a piss poor attitude, and very publicly for years.
I mentioned it in the spud board when I saw it, dele is an introvert, needs wrapped in cotton wool, told he's the best, arm around the shoulder type of guy. Moureens just too harsh a dude for him to handle. Complete nervous wreck whenever I saw him around Jose on that show. Giy needs cuddles and love to get the best from him He got a Jose cuddle in the office and Jose don't cuddle twice
I find it weird how some peeps who claim to understand the game cry outrage every time Jose uses the oldest trick in the book by challenging a sports man’s ego and pride. it’s Sport...you rise to the challenge or you sink to your level. It’s not a desk top job where we now need to hold meetings because someone’s feelings got tested it’s sport...you shouldn’t be in it if you think your mental steel will not be tested, especially if you aspire to get to the top.
Jose is laying down the challenge to him, step up and make it. He has all the talent in the world and has just dropped off. Throw the lazy **** under a bus if thats what it takes or just fir him off.
Every single day. He can play anywhere on the pitch in MF, would be a great signing for any team in the league if they can get him back firing.
naah even his own mate Dier cussed him in the changing room for always sulking and not doing and blaming others. trust me...peeps need to be quiet about Dele if they havent watched him every week for the last 3 years or look beyond Jose
Spot on. Jose's the kind to cuddle when you're winning stuff. I'm saying that from his Chelsea days. Loved hugging Lampard but only after they'd won a trophy. Or when he's being sacked, like with Matterazi. Maybe if Dele hangs on long enough he'll get one of those He is a bit limited as a manager in that sense.
He should be doing it for himself, he must surely want to be the best he can. Not just in it for the money like an Assou-Ekotto
I just think either Ancelotti or Brendan would be perfect for him. They'll rebuild his confidence, Ancelotti will defo develop his game and both will get the best out of him imo.
he’s had 2 top managers...both opposite ends of the spectrum when it comes to man management. Maybe he will improve if he moves but it won’t be because of management it will be because it’s a change for him...then wait till he falls into his comfort zone and Twitter life and fashion takes over. he’s our very own Jesse Lingard...full of ****
Alli is another in the long line of English players who get a big contract before the age of 20 and think that they're already made it. I'm not one to stick up for Jose but it's Alli's attitude that's the problem. Don't think he'd get in Leicester's first eleven anyway tbh.
That was said about a certain player at United. What are clubs supposed to do, pander to the player and change managers according to those whims? Or should the players actually just do their ****ing job? I fall into the latter opinion myself, and United did the former, which was a mistake.
