Stratford 136 skeaping looks a fair bet at 10/3 and with conditions on the soft side with rain forcast i can only see it enhancing the chances .The 7lb claimer was in the plate lto taking 2nd and its interesting to see the visor reapplied which seems to eak out a little extra .
Annie Day 28/1 e/w - Stratford 12.35. The mare ran well on bumper debut over a really inadequate trip. The ground and return to this more suitable distance will aid her here and I am hopeful of a big run from her. 28/1 is more than reasonable given the opposition. If anything comes to my fancy at Clonmel I'll put it up. The weather is to be atrocious here from early morning until 'noon, so the track could become quite tacky and it could be best avoiding betting altogether. Best of luck lads and lasses
Newton Abbot 328 Carrick roads price looks too tempting at 5s, Tizzard works well at Newton and the booing of Cobden is no bad thing .
I waited until 9am as that's when skybet do best odds from. It was 17/2. That will teach me for bring greedy
He put it up this morning? Just googled him there to find he's an oddschecker tipster? Do his selections normally move as much? Memphis Belle also goes again today, had her up 2 weeks ago when she was well fancied. Billy Bates (owner/breeder) is confident she will go in again but personally I am not so sure, 15/8 is skinny enough but she certainly is doing everything right at the moment. The run has to end sometime though, right? We were told Annie Day could could run a good race last Monday, in no uncertain terms do we know a place would be a good result for her today, if she wins that is going to be brilliant. Edit: I just read he placed it up 2 hours ago, obviously a keen follower of Not606 Also, Memphis Belle is evens now, not the 15/8 I put up above. She was 15/8 when I checked last night.
That would be a nice one to be on alright. I have got caught more than once with the drift and BOG before 9am on the morning of the race, that's the chance you take i guess. She's been well backed since the markets have properly formed so the 28's is still good barring a big drift before the off. All she has to do now is win.
Cracking name for a trainer over at Longchamp:- please log in to view this image NAWA THEEQ bay f Mawatheeq - Baraamej (Marju) 2 8-8 - Jockey E Hardouin Trainer Jesus Pretty poor strike rate Jesus has at less than 5%. He needs a word with his Father I think.
Very disappointing. Travelled really well throughout. Jumped fine. Went out very quickly. Got home for 3rd but that's no good to me.
