I appreciate you feel that they like to project propaganda but if that's someone's stance then you'd expect that person (not talking about you here btw) to reference sources which are considerably better, not considerably worse. That's the point I was making earlier.

There is a chance that the ministry of truth oversees news and what's pulled and what's not......that seems to be the situation going on here...... Reasons to be able to take down the alternative views and only leave the official news corporations in the publics eyes.

Even the **** media must remain and then only you can decide what you believe in as the truth from all that's on offer.

I don't disagree with much of that tbh. I still feel there are more checks and balances to challenge the "official news" than there are for individuals who can post any lie or doctored narrative.
The problem is, and you must be concerned by this also, that with the exponential rise of social media, the ability to spread disinformation on a vast scale is becoming dangerous and leading people to more ignorance, prejudice, division and violence.
I personally agree with the alternative view having an equal footing. There's plenty happening in the world which isn't being reported fairly. However, I feel you can still find those who address this in the "official news" and it's better to promote those news outlets.
