The liking Pfeffel post was the thirteenth stroke of the clock that destroyed all belief in the other twelve. I was wondering what the attraction might be. Maybe his honesty, perhaps not. His fidelity? His assiduity in learning his briefs? His personal loyalty to the people in his life? His maintaining a position regardless of personal gain? His masterly delivery of a speech? er...er...umm...maybe not.

So that leaves what he has actually done. What he has got done is Brexit..oh hang on a minute...

OK guys, I believe Billy may have gone. Whatever we think of him, let’s hold off on the personal stuff, however mild.
Anyone got anything on, er, politics?

So now who we vote for is dependent upon their driving skills?

in 60 years of driving I’ve had 4 collisions. In each case I was stationery and in two instances my car was written off. The police weren’t involved in any of these as there was no reportable injury. From what I can read Starmer did everything right. What is the problem?

So Starmer should have stayed with the cyclist until the relevant authorities arrived, but in all other aspects he hasn't done anything wrong. Who was in the wrong I don't know but some cyclists do take risks at junctions, or by cycling outiside their lane, make a move without looking about. Ome example I can give was I was drivng last evening up a one-way street after dark and did not see a cyclist (without lights or reflective clothing) coming down the road until the last moment. He was going at quite a speed as well.

Blimey. If you Guys couldn’t see that was tongue in cheek, I’ve lost my touch.

I’m a cyclist and always banging on about cycling.... it was said completely in jest.

I rest Billy’s case.
:(

Edit: perhaps there is a spell that the moment people enter this thread, something dark
Happens :)

Apologies if I'm wrong but calls for threads on politics to be closed never seem to come from The Left. If that is the case then I think that it's quite illuminating. I didn't intend to upset Billy but his claims to be a political ingenue seems out of kilter with many of his observations many of which seemed to stem from a more right wing view of society. Of course I recognise that being right wing isn't necessarily a result of being uninformed, but it usually is.

Where do I sit then?

I find this attitude terrible. An appalling post.

Lots of [HASHTAG]#bullying[/HASHTAG] on here today.
The problem we have in situations like this is, where is the line between lots of people arguing against one person, and bullying? I agree, reading back, that it came pretty close to the latter today, and if I had been around I would have said something earlier. As I did say, eventually but possibly too late, let’s chill now guys.

There has been and it’s awful. Farked should Fark off back to the Norwich board. His post I replied to above is so arrogant, patronising and belittling to any body who doesn’t ta hate his political views that I nearly followed Billy’s threat.

awful. And it’s been allowed.

I queried Billy's post that he liked Pfeffel. He even added an emoji with a pair of fluttering hearts. Care to explain how that isn't Wummery? Have a vote on me posting on your thread Saints. I'm happy to abide by the result.

That's fair mate and I agree it's a fine line generally speaking. Definitely been crossed here I reckon.

Agree completely. He's been one of the worst these past couple of days, I called him out on it last night.

Politics though init? Don't agree with the majority and you become a racist Brexit voting Tory who promotes slavery.

I never mentioned slavery, or racism.
