He was clattered by Virgil in the first 5 minutes, played on for the rest of the game, and he's now injured? Wow, they way he screamed and fell over when Gibbs gently stroked his face gave me the impression he wasn't that hard, especially they way he waived imaginary yellow cards every time somebody farted in his general direction from ten yards away on Saturday. The guy is rock - I stand corrected.
Well VVD did put his stamp on the game with his two cynical fouls in teh first 90 seconds. Adrenaline helped him play through pain barrier. Just like VVD walking off the pitch.
Dreadful any of our CB's get injured, especially VVD because he's irreplaceable. But we're as much in this mess because we went into this season with only 3 CB's: one of those injury-prone and another out of form (played well last night though). Criminal that Liverpool didn't buy another CB in the window. Williams will have to grow up very quickly, and I predict we'll see Milner at CB before we get to January.
Played through the pain obvs Shocked to see zero ****s being given & even dismissing the validity of the Dons word. Not at all hypocritical, no Siree
So he played for 89 minutes plus added on time with a career-threatening injury? **** me, I think we'll have to call him Camouflage.

Not at all hypocritical, no Siree[/QUOTE] How can a guy who crumpled to the floor like a sack of **** when barely touched a month ago now run around the pitch for 90 minutes with a life changing injury? Has he being doing special sessions with Joe Wicks, or are there more sinister explanations afoot?
