Not sure it was that bad. 1st goal was always going to dictate the game unfortunately we didn't get it. We weren't worse than Preston, they created nothing just 2 stupid challenges was the difference
You were watching a different game to me.

At what point do u think we are going to cream this league Ellers? We wouldn't have scored even if they hadnt had those 2 pens. Utter rubbish. Another home loss. Maybe we can win at Reading to get some points?
It will be as predictable as always. I'm beginning to think Warburton is just a talker. Says the right things and sounds good but cant really put his ideas into practise. We have an awful habit of stopping our own attacks to pass backwards, letting the opposition get back into shape. We also need to stop this attempted playing out from the back. We just arent capable, the players arent good enough. We take Ball off and leave an OAP in the centre of the park?!? We take Chair off, which is Warburtons only tactic. He was our best player in the first 10 minutes and can create something or at least create more than old Geoff. Its piss poor. The lack of intelligence from the management all through to the lack of urgency and desire from the players.Spot on. Utter cr2p bob. I won't listen to Warburtons after dinner speech. He's spent the money picks the team and yet it's still the same old rubbish. We have won once ( first game). Season is over before Christmas again.
Christ what was you watching then Yorkshire? Performance was abysmalNot sure it was that bad. 1st goal was always going to dictate the game unfortunately we didn't get it. We weren't worse than Preston, they created nothing just 2 stupid challenges was the difference
And me mate. All I saw was.....well....erm not much. You were watching a different game to me.

I'm not saying it was great just stating whoever got 1st goal would probably go on to win. They were average and so are we, not sure why anyone would have any different expectations
All I watched was 2 average sidesAnd me mate. All I saw was.....well....erm not much.
I did expect us as a football team to have at least one shot on goal during 90 minutes. Surely that's not too much to ask.
I don’t ( I said earlier in this thread that an improvement on last season and a top 10 would be good.) That ain't going to happen. At what point do u think we are going to cream this league Ellers?

For me, we're not fluid enough. A lot of the attacking players seem to just stand near the opposition box waiting. I think we need our attackers to drop back to pick up the ball whilst someone swaps and goes into the area. In any case, there's too much of a disconnect between attackers and the rest.
Spot on.WTF do they do in training?
Tomorrow at 9am, 3 hours on how to pass a bloody football.
Lunch of bread and water.
Half the problem right there and that's why I try to give Warburton some slack (until now) there isnt time to train properley in the championship. Rest day tomorrow, light training friday, game saturday.WTF do they do in training?

And one of them won 2-0 making the other side look a lot less than average. I would at least expect a less than average side to muster one....just one shot on target. All I watched was 2 average sides
Spot on. The balance is awful. Where was Carroll actually playing tonight? Not that I'm blaming him for where hes instructed to play.Having seen them on Sunday against Cardiff they had problems breaking down a well organised counter attacking side when at home, this on the other hand was right up their street, a poor home team with little penetration and not really putting them under any pressure near goal. They just had to wait for our mistakes.
More concerning is there is no midfield 'general' who can dictate play, it's all sideways backwards sideways then give the ball away. Chair became anonymous but he's not really being played to his strengths. The side is not balanced and I can't work out what Warbs is trying to achieve playing carthorses like Wallace and Cameron and the formation he's using. It seems the players are just as baffled...
Nearly right but Adomeh slipped it passed the postWe are likely to maybe fluke a goal in the 87th minute
We’ve made them look good. They have done their homework and have the measure of us. Aside from the penalties they’ve not created much.
