Hell of a day out.

Six mile coastal walk, full beef dinner, couple of Moretti and a couple of glasses of Sauvignon Blanc (no ice), and apple and pear crumble for afters.

Then the six mile walk back.

I'm goosed.

Only took me ten minutes.

Fancy a glass of red but will have to resist!

Not gonna lie, used to be able to piss 12+ miles and have loads of gas left in the tank. Was ****ed after today.

All I could manage was a Roastie and then a snooze on the sofa today.
