I've been banned or go slowed for all sorts of random stuff on here. That one was pure paranoia though, literally hadn't posted for around 2 weeks as I was up to my eyeballs in other stuff, popped in to see what was going on and got accused of some rebelman plot and then banned. Guess it always seems funny when it happens to somebody else. But that ****ing go slow is frustrating as ****

Posting porn or making threats to other posters are things for which a ban is understandable ... having an alternative view or opinion, however random or stubborn, is not... and bans on a whim are rather pathetic ... as is condoning such or maintaining that those latter ones are in some way acceptable... they are not. This partucular board was unmoderated for a long time and appeared to thrive as a result... yes that created a few issues from time to time, but nothing that couldn't be fixed by a few wise words from other posters ... self moderation, if you like. Drive away the characters and the forum will die or become a shadow of what it has been... like it or not.

I get what you are saying fair enough, and it is a laugh, but I get the shhite for it, but I don't see you backing my corner when it kicks off. HiaG for example had become out of control, someone said, does he post this sort of stuff on the Spurs board....so it got me to thinking...ok, let's move it to the Spurs board and find out....BINGO....it wasn't allowed, but I was supposed to tolerate it daily. But instead of PNP or any Spurs fan, saying out of order to him, it was back their own and brb gets the blame again.
Racism is wholly unacceptable and falls into the banned categories. Zionist theories are just that, theories ... along with many other conspiracy theories. The degree to which anybody takes them seriously is a matter for individual consideration and conscience. Personally, I quite enjoy a good conspiracy theory; there is a lot of invention that goes into them. However, I have rarely found any compelling evidence in them or been swayed in my overall views by them... but that's just me. I don't believe that simply recanting them should be a banning offence, unless they cross the bounds of rascism, homophobia etc ...
I remember last time I banned Sucky another example, he was more worried he had lost access to his PM's for his thriving supply and demand business....but that brb is a wrongun. You couldn't fooking make it up!
HiaG chose to go to the Spurs board and point the finger at me to PNP. So I banned him, I'll let you work my logic out, it really isn't that difficult. All he had to say, fair enough to PNP, I put my hands up and nothing would have happened, but he wanted to blame me for his behaviour, so he copped the consequences of his own actions.
Welshie suddenly got on my case yesterday, it hadn't gone unnoticed, Welshie has generally been ok with me, but the PM's were flying about yesterday, so I can be pretty much certain of one thing, that a lot of yesterday was being driven by some cool dude over in Hudds, because this all kicked off after I put him on a go slow
HIAG is ****ing high maintenance, I can't defend him at all. I don't think he should have been site banned, but if I'm honest I would have probably pressed the button on him yonks ago Not always an easy call I get it. Like hiag and Matth people revel in their outbursts and rage. It was the same with A87, people were lapping that **** up on here, but he was causing untold grief on the Arsenal board, literally ****ing up every thread. I know people will think I'm only saying this because it's hiag, but I honestly think it was getting to the stage like it was with Matth on here with him. Almost an Autistic level of obsession with that ****ing anti-lockdown stuff which was polluting every thread.
Not really the place for this, but seeing as you’ve brought it up. The Zionist conspiracy theories are racist tropes and their origins are anti Semitic it’s not even a debate. Those who peddle them often also peddle holocaust denial, it’s not a coincidence. HIAG - the Spurs fan - chose to peddle these tropes. Only for obvious reasons he didn’t seem to want his views on this subject known by his peers on the Spurs board, funny that.
