https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/54481945 Might be the start of something, simple poll would you pay £15 to watch a match on TV?
I put yes because I will, but I don’t agree with it. One thing life is too short for in my opinion, is a ****e stream.
But you’ll get the value of each game you can’t attend back, so I don’t get this argument at all tbh.
So all the fooking premier league armchair fans are coming out, noting also thread created by a Liverpool supporter. Already this season my club has played five league games, it's cost me £10 a throw, so £50 in total. That's for League One, I see it as a bargain, it would cost me around 25 notes to get in a game, that's not counting travel expenses. Yet armchair fans moan about paying £15 for what is Prem football and potential Champions League entry, just goes to show, there are a lot of people on here who rarely go to games please log in to view this image
Not entirely true. We've had to pay 20% upfront and I’m not sure that’s refundable if say I don’t go to a game this season. The club weren’t overly clear though so it’s hard to definitely tell.
I suppose it comes down to what you are willing to pay for football. I generally go once a year and that's a birthday present but outside of that it's going to cost me around £80 to go to a game and I don't want to be paying that often. I go to local football games and pay £5 to get in and that can be enjoyable but there's no way I see the value in paying £15 for 1 game on the TV. I get the armchair fans bantz but really? Are people who go every week some kind of deity level fan who deserve or adoration? It's just a choice on what you want to spend your money and time on.
Yeah really bro, it's what has been said about Prem fans since SKY created your viewing, bunch of plastics. Going to a game costs me £25 gate money, plus travel expenses, beer and food money. In one season, not that far back, I went to every home and away game, bar one. So sorry mate, there ain't no sympathy coming from me that you guys have to pay £15 to view a game, to be perfectly honest, it's long overdue. Would be even funnier if SKY added Liverpool to a list of having PPV on all games, why not boxing is PPV.
I suppose that's the point then, what are you willing to pay to watch on TV? It's too much for me at £15 per game, I'd stop watching and go to the pub more often which I suppose supports local pubs so it's good for them. If that makes me a plastic in your eyes then so be it. It's a choice you have and that cost is over what I consider reasonable for a televised match.
Yeah you are a plastic, you even know you are bruv. I expect pubs might charge in the future on entry, oh please make it happen.
He’ll be raging bro. He’ll be trying to sell that dog. One Pug, 3 months old, bummed to within an inch of its life, smells damp. £45
