A vaguely cost-efficient and effective track and trace system would be handy. Innocent mistakes can be forgiven to a point even if they’re made more likely by choosing to have a pliant Cabinet. Utilising a pandemic for profit at the country you’re meant to lead’s expense, less so.

Interesting to see Barnier and EU member states starting to turn the screw on France over its intransigence on the Brexit fishing issue. If Germany joins in, France will have to fold surely, or create a crisis within the EU after a no deal
