Think we have wires crossed I'm on about the picture and quote from Voltaire, not sure what you are on about, as there is a clear correlation between the two and to deny that you either have to lack the most basic of comprehension skills or be lying to us or maybe yourself
Sorry Wills I got mixed up with the post... although it has interested me.

There have been numerous multi million pound contracts handed to Tory donors, without tender or competition throughout this farce. If that sits ok with you then that's absolutely fine, your prerogative. To me it stinks of the Tory policy. Make the rich richer and the poor poorer.

If companies have not got contracts on merit, there will be a scandal. I'll wait to see before judging.

The only one I can think of was under a Labour Government - the Cash for Honours scandal in the last years of Blair. I expect you were fuming then, too, Bob

Oh dear you really are as daft as you come across.
Says the guy who posted a meme that wasn't even quoted by the guy in the picture but from supremacist and then posts a ridiculous ill-informed post about £14B. The only one who is daft is you bob.
By the way, what was the meaning of the meme? Can you enlighten me without the help of your mates... As I am so daft I need you to explain it.

If it was happening, Starmer would be crucifying the Tories. It's idiotic BS mate.

Now you are diverging from the argument. I just want to see proper evidence. You made an accusation so back it up?

But you never accept anything as proper evidence. It’s always dismissed for being left-wing even when it’s from traditionally right wing sources or you bring up Corbyn for no reason at all.

Anyway as you don’t like articles, you may enjoy this.

Good to see you agree it's premature. Otherwise Starmer would be making allegations under cover of Parliamentary privilege

I hope it all goes to court, if the court system hasn’t been completely broken by then. We’re probably talking Hillsborough timescales though so as it was apparently too soon months ago to suggest the a government were making a hash of all things Covid, the same people will conveniently argue it’s too soon to suggest any corruption no matter how much evidence is out there and how much money is wasted on non-tenders to ill-equipped businesses until someone goes down for it.

<laugh> I bet you were frantically trying to find any old legal document to prove a point!

Or the first link on their site. It’s a good site for someone as interested in legal proceedings as you are.
I will get the Mrs to read it all and she can tell me. That's her field, not mine.
If in doubt she could always get advice from her mate Keir. :emoticon-0100-smile

An open tender process doesn't have to be lengthy, it should be transparent and hold up to scrutiny . I can't see why it has been so lacking, unprecedented times does not cut it for me, the tracing app has been prime example why a tender process in necessary.
