It’s probably for the best mate.
Handled the transition to younger players well and less afraid to pick from smaller clubs than his predecessors. Thought he handled all of the off pitch stuff excellently in Russia too.
Think he's generally made us a bit better on the ball as well. Big fan (But then I always liked him anyway)
