well it had a soy, rice vinegar and sesame dressing. Think if you zoom in you can see the garlic the chicken and broccoli were cooked in. Not a fan of ginger in this dish.

not sure what Oyster sauce would add to a light dish.
Hmm, for me a light stir-fry would include all of the above plus fish sauce, sesame oil, chilli flakes and a bit of love.

but that wouldn’t be light and would lean more to a Thai/Malaysia type dish. No palm sugar and lime?

it’s sesame chicken. Can you suggest a dish that incorporates those that I can follow and make?
 
This no smoking lark is not good for my health! Just eaten half a bar of Bournville dark chocolate, old jamaican.
Proper old skool. Used to love that and I thought they’d discontinued it until the Mrs found some a while back and bought me a bar. Eat the rest **** it <laugh>
