I’d refuse a pay cut as well if I was him, why should he take a pay cut just so the club can pay agents silly money for their ****e players?
That’s the problem with wage cuts. Imagine the Glazers asking Rashford to take a pay cut then they siphon another £20-30m from the club for themselves.
Yeah it's fair enough I suppose. He was given a contract so it's in his right to see it out on the agreed wages. Just ****s me off that he's clearly not in Arteta's plans but is happy to just ride out the last year of his contract and collect his fat paycheck without even kicking a ball.

Collect a massive pay cheque doing absolutely **** all bar some half arsed training sessions or move somewhere on half the money (at best) and have to keep your self in great shape and trying your arse off most days. Toughie
For some players it would be. Which is why supporters get pissed off with the dead weights who don't want to play. Take the money for doing ****all? Yeah, fine, do that then, you've got the contract. But accept that to some supporters, that's an attitude that ****ing stinks, frankly.
