It pretty much is on Twitter. There's a lot of vile and personal stuff, dancing for joy when people die etc No doubt a few are up in their bedroom, waiting for Mum to call them down to tea, but there's a lot of unncessarily vitriolic stuff coming from the rest which says more about them than those they want to die imho
I reckon you need to look a bit deeper mate.......plenty of right wing bile on there too. Both are as bad as each other when it comes to twitter abuse.
Johnson on TV just now said that 'we're testing more people than other comparable countries' then corrected himself to 'conducting more tests'. Two very different things.
Do you think ‘Mop Head’ and his bunch of goons will ever admit they got it wrong instead of blaming everyone else ?
Both Trump's aide Hope and himself have been out spreading Covid, she when sick, him when he knew Hope had tested positive. They'd be fined and lose their jobs if UK laws and practice applied, judging by what the Scottish MP is rightly getting treated to.
Is he on telly every night again, diluting whatever message they think they are trying to get over? Missed it, happily. I heard that he had said that we had all got ‘complacent’ over the summer. Nothing to do with contradictory guidance then. Regardless of party or ideology we now seem saddled with a generation of politicians who are incapable of ever saying ‘I made a mistake’. Personally, I always respect people who fess up to mistakes, especially if they do it before I have realised anything has gone wrong. Of course, if they do this every day you have to conclude that they are cretins and keep them away from sharp objects.
Nail hit firmly on head. We have a government who are very quick to blame EVERYONE else but themselves. Their brainwashed supporters still lap it up.....
Did you hear Nicola Sturgeon today she was completely open about Margaret Ferrier. She said was a friend a goid friend, but Sturgeon had been upset, really personally upset by her actions. She had dismissed her from the party and asked her to resign from her seat ( she could not do any more). I was impressed by her actions and how contrite she was over somebody elses action, over which she actually had no control. If only English politicians could act like that... Can I vote SNP in rural Bucks?
The majority do lap it up but theres a fair few edging away from them. I've met numerous people who so regret voting for them.
Know what? In current circumstances I’d give them quite a lot of leeway, if they were honest. This really is uncharted territory, poor decisions are almost inevitable. But the constant bullshit makes me want to scream in their faces “WE ARE NOT ****ING IDIOTS, STOP LYING!”.
