I think Leeds might struggle across the length of the season, and I reckon Burnley will find it difficult to maintain the form from last season.
On paper Everton should be smashing it given the dough they’ve spent. That said did they get James in a free ? He’s a wonderful player and might just find his form of old under ancleotti.
Spurs seem to have pinned all their hopes on Bale, but can he stay fit to play more than 20 games per season ? When you factor in the league, domestic cups and your extra Europey visits to the arse end of Bulgaria (courtesy of us) then there’s no way he’s going to even feature in half of those games.
Bale won’t play 20 games this season. I’ll be shocked if he plays 20!hours football in total. But to be fair, he may not need to, to have a significant impact.
