Can you try a different browser? Just had similar issue, just a black screen, was on google and changed to Edge, hey presto came on.

I had same problem so swapped to watching on laptop via Edge. Great pic but obviously smaller screen.

The code is for members , not sure why you'd be a member if you live abroad
