Some of the moderation tasks were taken away after various mods abused them to cause damage the site.
A lot of the mods now, having been mods for a long time. Elected by club boards, but installed at my discretion, albeit with the exception of a few, most mods no longer have the capability to damage the site.

I know mate, don't forget i've been a mod 2/3 times, like a firestarter, or that bloke who used to put out fires...Yup, in a nutshell.
Back on the old site, there used to be a mod function that would simply erase a users account.

Sunderland site RTG had a mod change, everyone was getting into trouble banned and stuff so they migrated here. Gordon and Smug just run it as a little kingdom and were thankful for the new serfs.

Probs for the best. I didn't actually abuse it btw, but I did accidentally wipe somebody out with it once. That old site was full of glitches like that.
