We lost the first ODI because we couldn’t score enough in the first 10 overs, which put pressure on the batsmen and took the pressure of of the Aussie bowlers.
Today seems to be following the same pattern.
Bairstow was out of touch, in the first match, but stuck it out and did well, but today he was just poor.
Joe Root. Is he a one day player? He was so poor that I thought the Aussies were letting him get a single off the last ball of the over, just to keep him on strike.
Having said that, the opening bowlers for Oz, really are very, very good.

Wicket one. We've got a slither of a chance.

Wick two. Game on.

Wicket three. Boom! Game right in the balance now. Maybe slightly in our favour.

Chris Woakes is bowling like Wasim Akram mixed with Glenn McGrath. On fire.

All 10 wickets without any involvement of the 9 outfielders would be something.
