Oh and ASM is still absolutely ****ing mint. Got kicked from pillar to post, but what a player. He best buckle up for a fair bit of this. It’s why he might end up moving, he would get more protection at the big clubs. Teams are just gonna double up or kick him. Having Almiron on will at least force them to focus on more than just ASM.

Refs need to be protecting him he's going to get a serious if teams are allowed to get away with that for 50 plus minutes... The referee was shocking.. That one on he touchline was a terrible challenge..

@captain wrong how many twitter accounts do you have? So much cock sucking of Manquillo.

@Ben 10 you need to create some to counter balance this.

Come on mate he was brilliant last night.. His crossing is poor, but his defending is tremendous... I like the player.. Hes an experienced premier league proven solid fullback that's overcome a confidennce problem and fan mockery... Pleased for him and he deserves more credit...

I genuinely wouldn't know. I didn't watch the match. I cancelled Sky. Couldn't be arsed to find a stream.

My form class on Monday are getting it full on!

He had a good game but all the defence did.

Manquillo hasn't had a bad game at rb for coming up 2 years mate. I've not seen a single player get much change off him down that side for that time... Lewis was tremendous btw... Lacelles I thought was poor.. Feddy has become a legend... Love the player..

Great result last night. The performance was very solid, lots of things to be happy about but equally lots of things to improve on. Agree with @Warm Pouch about needing fresher legs to be brought on sooner than we did. Canny strategy though, to bring on quick players to impact the game (almiron) Bobby used to do it all the time with lua lua and sometimes bellamy when he didn't start him.

I'm not going to get carried away mind like Pouchy pointed out it was a poor West ham that... The game was scrappy.. They hit the bar twice... Could've need different...ill judge after 4 or 5 fixtures

Say what you like about manq but he has improved a lot since he joined the squad under rafa. I would like to see him challenged more though, as I don't see much competition for places at rb. Yedlin should be offloaded but apparently is getting offered a new deal.

After the first goal went in, you could see the game opening up
with WH trying to press forward and leaving massive gaps at the back
Almiron should of been brought on about 20mins before he did get on to really go at their defence
In the end Bruce can say he got it right on the night
but at times I thought we were hanging to far back and inviting them to attack us
