There is no way you are comparing Ozil with Kevin De Bruyne. KDB is far more athletic, both footed, hits a fantastic shot and cross and one of the best talents in the world. He's techically as good as ozil and with both feet and the vision as well as athletically talented like lamps and gerrard were as well as one to put in the hard yards and tackles.
Ozil has the stamina to run around a lot but not the burst or the energy to flat out sprint like the superior players in the world, At most you could compare ozil to Silva who still got time but again silva was the superior player

I don't think that anyone rates Ozil more highly than De Bruyne, apart from maybe Chelsea, who let him go...

Do you not think that No.10s/creative players nowadays need to do more ball recoveries and work more off the ball than in the past? Ozil never really had to do this at Madrid. The players you mention, including Maddison and Fernandes, do work hard off the ball too. Ozil, for me at least, is not as strong as most of the other players, which is important when looking to retain the ball. He doesn't accelerate either, which is important in transitions. The other players do.
But how much of this is actually 'our' fault? AFTV was one of the first fan channels to exist, and it gained popularity because fans of other clubs found it entertaining seeing flustered, angry Arsenal fans go on incoherent tirades about crap performances. From that, there stemmed other features, shows and 'regular' characters, who then made a name for themselves and gained their own little following. AFTV characters getting more exposure doesn't mean that it happens more with Arsenal fans, it just means you're mainly aware of it from those who are vocal/prevalent.
All players need to tackle more and put in more defensive work. It's not exclusive to that role.
Klopp's gegenpressing Dortmund team did it with the likes of Mhkhitaryan and Sahin in it, though.

I don't think it's controversial for me to say that most of that money has been generated from views by rival fans. Even if it isn't, it's what contributed towards its platform getting bigger.
There's a number of people from RedmenTV, 100percentChelsea, The United Stand and even individuals like Expressions have collaborated with these individuals. Rival fanbases have been more than happy to liaise with these 'minor celebrities' when it suits. So other fanbases have contributed too.

But by watching the videos on AFTV, rival fans are inadvertently giving these guys 'minor celebrity' status too. Having other fanbases collaborate with them increases their exposure, revenue and claim to fame. They're contributing to what you're saying is part of the problem by giving them the attention.
As for your last question, as I said, AFTV was one of the first fan channels around. For context as to how big it is, it has 1.23 million subscribers on YouTube. Spurs' official YouTube channel has 1.24 million subscribers. If rival fans enjoy watching it and revel in our malaise, they're also playing a part in its popularity.
I think you're missing my point. Other fanbases are happy to contribute to an embarrassment to Arsenal.
They'd be happy to do so for Utd, Liverpool, us and Chelsea, too. Why hasn't it worked?
