Come on then how's it indirectly affecting you PERSONALLY or your immediate family...

and don't just write any bolloxs, let's have specifics, what you will get less of or lose out on because of say a migrant child?
Silly question.....All chidren should be properly cared for whatever the cost.

It’s not like it’s even a new thing. People have been coming to this country for centuries. French Protestants and East European Jews fleeing religious persecution, huge numbers of Irish fleeing famine. They weren’t all made to feel welcome at the time either, but by and large they all contributed more to this country than they took out.

It's just strange mate. I've always been proud of how we've accepted other cultures into this country, now seemingly it's 'patriotic' to hate immigrants.

So as I originally said, it don't affect you. It's never affected you. You just want to worry about it because...

What does it matter though? Seriously?

We’re talking about a few thousand people a year in a country of 65,000,000, who then enter a process to judge their asylum application, or they disappear into the black economy.

That's what they said in America. 3 generations later and we have Donald J Trump <whistle>

I think we should all be worried about it unless the infrastructure of the country is improved......
Don't hold your breath waiting for that.
So you think our infrastructure is going to break at the seams due to a few thousand asylum seekers mate?

You do realise that a net figure of 282,000 non EU citizens came to legally live in the U.K. last year, no?
