This is exactly what I have been saying... I don't think Eknob picks the team per say but is insistent on the formation and daft lad .. despite it not working.. continues to tow the party line to avoid his P45
It makes the one year contracts more understandable, in the sense that if the interference is too much they can just walk away at the end of it.
Also, in light of the current situation it would make sense for both parties to continue the arrangement, as neither would be likely to improve on them, as it stands.
