Cost of the vans to strip the unit, had to leave air conditioning he'd paid for behind. Old town does seem to be having a resurgence of some sort on the leisure front, with this, the old Barracuda bar being done up, old Britannia bank on Whitefriargate now a bar, and change of use gone in to extend the old Telstar into the next along empty unit on Whitefriargate, I think a chain bar/club could potentially be moving in there. The old 1884 is having work done on it too. Interesting, and actually quite positive times...
