Anyway reports PIF won't take legal action., but I assume they can't having withdrawn, but Ashley might be. Tbh I see no gain in any legal proceedings... I've said this a few times, but nobody wanted this to pass bar nufc fans, so everything including the media did everything within their powers to prevent it... The deal never stood a chance. Nufc is exactly what the premier league and everyone outside Newcastle needs it to be.... A big away day and a passionate support for the rich to give a good hiding over and over again. Now they'll all revert back to saying they feel for nufc fans and hope they find the owner they deserve again.. This translates to... I hope they find another buyer that doesn't carry the wealth to ruin their weekends or concern their own clubs.
agree here. when we go down.. which we will.. their brand won’t have that big away day in its calendar anymore. mourning odds have now shortened to 9/4 from 7/2 so the bookies see us dropping like a stone too. We are a rotten club sinking fast and the owner won’t now spend a penny.
