Mate in school used to call me Emily as he thought I looked like Emily Dingle.
Unfortunately I did.
I used to get called Herman, because allegedly I looked like Herman Munster. I wasn’t keen on that nickname tbh.

There was some Chavvy scumbag, all signet rings and tats of snakes, disappearing into every orifice, in commercial road today.
Sat on his camp chair, roll up *** on the go, selling assorted masks from a revolving trolley today.
Git yer masks, only 2 peynd! 3 for a Jacks.
One previous careful owner?Very enterprising of him. Someone’s making absolute fortunes out of mask sales, don’t see why some Pikey from Paulsgrove shouldn’t grab himself a piece of the action.
Somebody needs to put some numbers to this **** now, how few positive tests do we need to declare things back to normal and at what level of testing?Preston to go into lockdown.
This is like join the dots. At what point are all the local lockdowns basically a national one in all but name.
Or how about, ****ing behave, or we will lockdown all you daft ****s again?Somebody needs to put some numbers to this **** now, how few positive tests do we need to declare things back to normal and at what level of testing?
If you test 10,000 per day and only get 30 hits that's great, if you test 100,000 per day and get 300 hits it's exactly the same but sounds worse when they produce the new cases figure.
Given that the government are announcing (almost daily) rises in testing we need to be given a definite figure of how many new cases per 1000 tests would be acceptable. That would then give them a target to aim at and give us all an idea of where we are at.
That could work tooOr how about, ****ing behave, or we will lockdown all you daft ****s again?

Not for quite some time....This is our normal for a while to come. That could work too
Any idea when it will be safe to go back to normal or what the indicators are?
My life really hasn't changed but it really hurt me last week when my daughter post on our family whatsapp thread "i really can't see an end to this".Not for quite some time....This is our normal for a while to come.
It's gonna be **** for sometime longer yet mate...My life really hasn't changed but it really hurt me last week when my daughter post on our family whatsapp thread "i really can't see an end to this".
She has always been so optimistic about life and dealt with what ever came and it upset me to see her say this.
I think most have already died (sad but true), we never found a true vaccine for "Spanish Flu" but it eventually leveled out once the vulnerable had died. It's gonna be **** for sometime longer yet mate...
there's no solution until a proper vaccine is found....
a lot more to die yet.
It was the third wave of the spanish flu that killed the most (well up here anyway)I think most have already died (sad but true), we never found a true vaccine for "Spanish Flu" but it eventually leveled out once the vulnerable had died.
sometimes **** hits and there is little we can do about it, we all expect the "miracles of modern science" to save us all but nature and it's changes/adaptations will always throw a googlie at us and we just have to live with it.
It would help it they told the truth about the true numbers of individuals tested, and not massage the figures.Somebody needs to put some numbers to this **** now, how few positive tests do we need to declare things back to normal and at what level of testing?
