Somebody needs to put some numbers to this **** now, how few positive tests do we need to declare things back to normal and at what level of testing?
If you test 10,000 per day and only get 30 hits that's great, if you test 100,000 per day and get 300 hits it's exactly the same but sounds worse when they produce the new cases figure.
Given that the government are announcing (almost daily) rises in testing we need to be given a definite figure of how many new cases per 1000 tests would be acceptable. That would then give them a target to aim at and give us all an idea of where we are at.
Or how about, ****ing behave, or we will lockdown all you daft ****s again?

My life really hasn't changed but it really hurt me last week when my daughter post on our family whatsapp thread "i really can't see an end to this".
She has always been so optimistic about life and dealt with what ever came and it upset me to see her say this.
It's gonna be **** for sometime longer yet mate...
there's no solution until a proper vaccine is found....

I think most have already died (sad but true), we never found a true vaccine for "Spanish Flu" but it eventually leveled out once the vulnerable had died.
sometimes **** hits and there is little we can do about it, we all expect the "miracles of modern science" to save us all but nature and it's changes/adaptations will always throw a googlie at us and we just have to live with it.
It was the third wave of the spanish flu that killed the most (well up here anyway)

It would help it they told the truth about the true numbers of individuals tested, and not massage the figures.
