As funny as it sounds, either one of West Brom or Brentford. You don't want Fulham.
West Brom/Brentford will have that disappointment of having promotion firmly in their grasp and yet losing it. They might be able to pick themselves up and go again but there will be some scarring there and if you get off to a good start they might well shrink away from the fight.
