****ing Hell how boring is Cliff Byrne?

Grant McCann dipping out of the press conference is a disgrace.

    What a fanny.

McCann is a spineless coward. Good on Byrne for not following suit.

McCann has done himself no favours in not turning out for this press conference. The sooner he faces the press and gets it over with the better it would be for him.

Now he has ramped up the pressure on himself, lose against Luton and things will be doubly more difficult if he had only answered all the Wigan debacle questions already, in essence, he has just put off this until Saturday.

    Another poor management decision.

If that is his age, then he should get his boots out and play. He couldn't do any worse than the other shower.

Could Byrne now be the de facto manager with McCann clandestinely sidelined - no major drama for club to publicly deal with ahead of the Luton game - wouldn't be surprised to see Byrne on sideline & a no show by Terry on Satdee.

McCann would be more useful on the pitch than on the side at the moment too.

I'm suspicious McCann has been placed on "Gardening Leave" but it hasn't yet been announced.

I've got absolutely no interest in press conference's at the moment, most of it is rubbish anyway, we are ready and up for it ect ect, I'm not interested in talk or who's available just players who want have a go tomorrow I just want to see us WIN. Simple do your talking on the pitch for a change.

While i hope to God your right, i just know that all hope of this will be crushed at 3pm tomorrow when McCann does his impression of a tailors dummy in the tech area for 90mins , Ehab's loving this, as he's found something that really pisses the fans of, it called the manager.

He probably makes a better gardener than he does a football manager.

Are suggesting he would not recognise great big weeds on the grass. I think that is entirely possible.

You know we usually make major announcements on the eve of a big game - wait until this evening!

Never watched it all,I got bored after 2 or 3 minutes. He was actually talking as if we were preparing to scrap out a promotion deciding game and we'd earned the right to do so?This required a hard line humiliation of every player(and the coaches) involved in that embarrassment...yet nothing of the kind.

The staggering fact (after all the abject performances and an 8-0 humiliation) is that we still have some sort of chance!.I don't see a performance or 3 points tomorrow because we look broken but I'll cling on to any crumb of hope left. That said,I worry about next season, whatever division, under this lifeless leadership!!! UTT.
