The one thing the allams have done well in all of this is giving the academy the funds and staff needed for very good progression

Partially fair but their academy actions include the Arena disgrace, so it’s a no from me I’m afraid.

I’d argue Tony Pennock was the one who worked miracles. Think he inherited a lot of good work.

Yeah you're probably right. Though Andy Dawson didn't seem to mind when he moved back to City, went from Assistant Manager/Manager to U18s Assistant Manager.

Yes I agree he see's it as a protentional pot of gold, but players coming through commanding the fee he's dreaming of are few and far between.

Sorry to see him go, I got to know him quite well and he was doing a good job. I accept that he took over a pretty good situation when Pennock took on a coaching role with the first team but nevertheless he did a good job whilst in change.

It’s not even a way of making money any more it’s a way of keeping the 1st team full of players! And cheap players for Ehab to be spending other money on his yachts.
