The refund process will take place via the following phases:

PHASE ONE: Home match tickets – 6th July ‘til 17th July
PHASE TWO: Away match tickets – 27th July ‘til 7th August
PHASE THREE: Season cards – 17th August ‘til 28th August

If a supporter is eligible for a refund, a credit balance will be applied to the ‘Account Cashback’ section within their online ticketing account in line with the dates above.

Link is: online ticketing account

Stinks of the club having no money, using supporter's money to refund supporter's, similar to when they used club money to buy the club?

It'll more likely be September by the time it is processed. ****ers.

Donald has been robbing Peter to pay Paul for too long. Games up now i.m.o he has to sell up now as he has run out of revenue streams.

So is it basically store credit (use to pay part of season ticket or a cpl of match day tickets) as oppose to getting actual money back?

1st direct debit coming out Wednesday. I've got 24 hours to consider whether or not to cancel it.

You know the answer but you don’t want to.

you can get a refund as you have to put bank details to claim this...

I’m in same position; Have made decision to renew (haven’t cancelled DD), but don’t know what to do for best!

Cant see myself cancelling as long as I can afford to go I will. My main concern is starting the season behind closed doors and getting a streaming pass I could probably get for much cheaper.

It's becoming a very fine line between spiting the owners and inadvertently spiting the club.

This going to hit us hard.

This is it mate, the club needs the money. Forget who owns the club we don’t wanna deepen the crisis.

I won’t be claiming owt back if offered personally, not to support the ****ing reprobates running the club, but to support OUR club.

Yep. Mass contingent on Twitter abandoning the club. This isn't Ellis Short and we're not receiving insane amounts of prize money for failure.

These people don't seem to be able to conceive that we could go out of business. The threat is very very real imo. Abandonment at the very least will hinder a superior wage budget made possible by our superior crowds at this level.

Exactly mate.

If, as looks apparent, the owner can’t find the club, that money is the only thing separating us from Plymouth, Fleetwood, Gillingham.

We are a big fish, in a small pond, with a ****ing gigantic aquarium looming at the side, crippling us.

It’s amateur hour every day at the club.
How can a supposed professional outfit make such a pigs ear of a simple process is beyond me.
I’ll ensure I get every single penny owed to me and they won’t being getting nowt in return until they have all gone.

You aren’t really spiting the club though Bri if it doesn’t actually get there bit like the money that’s sent to Africa <ok> I do understand what you mean though.

Same here. Sod it I can't be arsed

I would have thought it is down to ticket master how it is paid out. That's who deals with our season tickets.
