I'd say Shacko hoofs it down the middle I'd say Shacko hoofs it down the middle. With a slight tendency to favour the right at times.
I know he's hard of hearing. Just to be sure to be sure. Definitely, there's no Gray area with Shacks
I'm not saying it's right or wrong just that defacing, attacking monuments of past or present regimes isn't a new thing. http://www.ggy.bris.ac.uk/personal/YvonneWhelan/HistoricalGeographyArtice.pdf
I know it's happened in the past, but these riots are just militants using race as a red herring to act the bollocks.
I agree there could be agitators who are stirring up trouble for their own benefit. These could be from either side but I have to say some of these statues would offend me if the boot was on the other foot. However being white and privileged It is difficult to understand the full extent of the offence these effigies cause.
Most of them wouldn't even have known about these statues without the militants stirring it. Why wait now. People are too easily offended nowadays. These statues were put up for what they had done for the country or towns not for what they'd done in the past. IMO it's part of History and if people want things taken down, well go the democracy route and discuss and vote.
