It hasn't been removed. A huge number of residents complained and it's staying (good job too). It's all gone too far and people are starting to get f22ked of with all this stupidity. Churchill/Nelson will never come down.

Whatever your political views, taking down historical statues is not the way forward. People need to know and understand the past. So we don't make the same mistakes again. Hiding it or trying to change it isn't the answer?
All it will do is divide people even more.
For me, BLM message is being lost in all this.
